"This is a very good hotel, especially for the price range it is in. The rooms are very well and cleverly designed. So is the foyer and breakfast room. The pool was a highlight for me as i like to swim and it provides a 20m length pool for doing laps and being 1.2m throughout, there is no deep end. As well you can purchase food and drink while your in and around the pool. It is a 4 storey complex split into 7 buildings. We were in level 4, Building 2 overlooking the pool and i highly recommend...

"This place is wonderful! Among the Kata Beach area, it is a great place for a great deal. You are close to the beach, up on the hill so you can see the ocean view, and each private villa is clean and modern and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many stairs that lead to the villas at the top of the hill which can be a hike for some people, but the staff pleasantly offer to help with any luggage or necessary assistance. The area is great and within walking distance of a bunch...

"The staff was by far the best thing about the hotel. They were very kind and helpful. Room was nice but the walls are very thin and could hear neighbours and people walking in the halls easily. It is a very quiet area (unless it’s Sunday and they have the market on). Beds were very comfortable. Could do with a bit of an upgrade. Like maybe a smart tv in the room? Overall a nice hotel."

"The apartment was great, the staff were amazing so friendly. Slight downside the room had a funny smell when we arrived like someone had cooked something stinky, but nothing a bit of spray fixed"

"When arrived late at night to check in, I got informed the hotel as FULL and had to move me to another hotel nearby of lower standards (and rates) without explanations or compensation. Got moved back to the original hotel next day but had to change plans to check out early and be without a room until the afternoon. Towels were not changed for days."

"The staff at this hotel were nice and helped me arrange a private van to the airport for 1000 baht. The area is great, right across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants, shops, and salons too. But the room itself seemed very out dated with old furniture and not very clean. The towels were also a bit old and falling apart. The toiletries were also not very nice, bring your own. I think the rooms could be improved a lot, but it's mainly good for the location."
