Need to drive a while from Reykjavik, but you’ll find yourself in a very quiet and relaxing place, close to the Geysir geothermal area. The only negative note was the bathroom, sink was too small with an unnecessary big wooden counter which would spill water on the shelves below…"

"Very cute and rural. 20 mins from Selfoss but little light pollution in the area. We saw the northern lights from the hot tub! but they were easier to see when we took a drive. Very convenient to a lot of golden circle stops and great that it had a restaurant because there aren't many super close. Did not have ice or free coffee and there was no breakfast available. "One of our favorite stays in Iceland! The main house has great dining options (dinner and breakfast) as well as a very friendly and accommodating staff. Walking around the property and petting some of the horses completed the experience. The guest houses were beautiful, clean, and secluded from the daily hustle. "This is a cute room to rent on a quiet farm. The only thing I would suggest is update some of the pictures of the actual building. We were confused when we arrived because the building we were staying in didn't look like any of the advertised pictures so we weren't sure if we were in the right place. Thankfully, they had signs guiding us to the right building. Also, we weren't fussy but some people may not be happy staying in an apartment attached to a farm garage. "
