A nice little place in a great location! Very easy walk to the beach, trains, and into town. Room is nice enough, only had a few complaints but they wouldn’t stop me from staying again are: -there was no actual mini fridge, just a wine fridge and nowhere to plug it in. -construction woke us up at 7:30 one day and cleaning woke us up at 8 another day. Cleaning would also unplug the wifi to vacuum. -first place we’ve been that you have to give the front desk your key when you leave each...

Wow, what a spot. Just across from the beach, restaurants, shopping. It’s all right there. And our own huge private terrace with a great view. They were very helpful with everything. And the short walk to the private parking was helpful and less expensive than the public garage.

Great spot in the center of Chiavari

The hotel staff made us feel like we were right at home; we felt like we were staying with friends. The hotel was close to the train (which could be a bit confusing at times). We used the beach near the hotel which was wonderful after a day of touring. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful when recommending restaurants, etc. Our room was clean, beautiful, and one of the biggest rooms we've had in Europe. Extremely comfy beds and pillows, cold a/c, big shower, staff very friendly, luggage storage, beach towel & shower available on checkout day after going to beach! Short 5 min walk from train station and 2 min walk to beach. Would recommend.

It was a lovely time, the room was small but fine for my boyfriend and I. It wasn't a too far walk from town and I liked how there was a garden and seating area outside. Levanto is beautiful!

Impressed by an updated and specious room with a huge balcony and spectacular view. Clean overall, a bit tight shower, but other perks are worth it. Great pool and check out at 12pm is a plus too.

Highly recommend Pensione Sorriso for a stay in Vernazza. Evelyn was a wonderful host and went beyond expectations in helping us enjoy our stay. The hotel has a bright breakfast area/lobby and a nice patio/garden to enjoy. We stayed in a room with a private bath and balcony. Although no sea view from the rooms, there is one from the patio and the sea is only a two or three minute walk from the hotel.

This eco-friendly hotel is a hidden gem. The house is comfortable and clean, situated in the mountains. The couple that run the hotel are AMAZING. They were very much on top of supporting our family while we stayed there.

This was a great little hotel. Very impressed with the staff. I had an early morning train before the breakfast room was open. When I checked out the desk agent fixed me a cup of coffee and gave me a sweet. That was service!
