Very close to the train station and bus stops. 15 minute walk to the lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Elke and Pierre were great! I was very happy with this hotel and have recommended it to friends.

I liked that it was close to the venue we were attending. The train station was nearby. We loved the park. Rooms were clean and open bar well stocked. The issue I had was air circulation. But it’s Europe…no ac. A fan would be nice. Staff was wonderful. Oh and loved that all the light switches can be controlled at the bedside. No getting in and out of bed.

Pleasant business hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Walkable to interesting restaurants and public transportation options.

New hotel in the middle of everything Love the design and the staff are awesome Accommodating in anything we needed I will definitely stay here again

Really enjoyed the stay, breakfast was awesome

We stayed at the Pierdrei at the beginning of our trip and the end. The second stay was just as enjoyable as the first. This time we stayed on a different floor and the hallway decor was so colorful, artful and quirky. There were miniature scenes on the wall like those at the Miniature Wonderworld in Hamburg. We went to the rooftop and enjoyed a beautiful view of the Spiecherstadt. We liked the snack room where you could get various drinks and snacks 24/7. Staff, as before, were enjoyable. Would...

Super close to the train station. The sound proof windows and floor to ceiling/wall to wall black out curtains made sleep wonderful. Room was clean and suited my sight seeing agenda.

Small boutique hotel in the middle of the city, only a minute walk from the busy street with local restaurants, 5 minute walk from the central station, but it is totally quiet and secluded. The hotel has two sites, the main building and an apartment building which is only seconds away. The main building has a breakfast place and bar with a beautiful courtyard. Simple and elegant. The apartment rooms are roomy and just feel like living in Hamburg. Highly recommended.

We went to a concert in the Elbphilharmonie, and this was a perfect venue for us. 10 minute walk, friendly and good humored atmosphere with a hip vibe.

Not your standard hotel! Beautifully designed for a warm & cosy stay with great service and even a hot water bottle for cold nights.

The staff was really great and the view of the lake was very beautiful. The breakfast buffet was worth the money.Great cappuccino!! Jamey

Very convenient. Refrigerator and balcony were a plus. Front desk staff available to help with questions.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's very convenient to have all shops nearby and be close to the train station. Would highly recommend the Intercity Hotel for business trips into the city.
