"The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, with little to no outside noise to disrupt sleep. Reception isn’t open on weekends but there was great communication from staff giving me information of how to access anything I needed. It’s a walkable distance into the town centre, Castle and Cardiff Central station, therefore offering places nearby to get any food, shopping etc. "

"We had a brilliant stay all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and although lots going on plenty of places to sit. We did have use of the pool and spa area which was o.k could do with updating a bit. And maybe a bit warmer. Room was clean and plenty big enough although bed was extremely uncomfortable. Me and my partner had a rough night sleep on a hard mattress which seemed to be wrapped tightly in a quilt. Would definitely return ...if we knew the mattresses were...

"Have been there before but it has been greatly upgraded since then. Very comfortable rooms, breakfast as i'd expect but could do with slightly more eating space Not keen on dog friendly but there again i don't like animals. Staff alwaya cleaning though which was good to see."

"I’ve stayed at The Dolphin twice for a boy’s night out in Swansea, and I’ve got to say both stays have been absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic with everything within crawling distance and the staff have always been so friendly. They consistently beat the price of the Premier Inn and Travelodge as well.
