"My partner and I stayed here on our last night in England for the convenience of getting to our flight the next morning. We didn’t arrive till 21:00, but we were still able to order a delicious bit of room service that accepted orders till 22:00. The space was clean, and the beds comfy for a restful sleep before our flight. The continental breakfast was very plentiful including lots of coffee machines, tons of tea options, and even a waffle iron! Also, the signage from the underground was...

"The hotel was a massive structure and it would be quite easy to get a bit lost finding your way around it! That said, the hotel itself was located in a lovely area and very convenient to public transport, good eating and some lovely parks Two drawbacks of the hotel were the extremely long wait for check in and the fact that they chose one of the busiest weekends in London in the sporting calendar to repaint two of their lifts - considering that each bank of elevators had only 4 (very small)...

"I was looking for a central London hotel within a modest London budget. Near the tube, only one stop to St Pancras and a 15 mins walk to Covent Garden. The room was small, but the bed was super comfy, and the shower room was spotless. When I first saw the hotel, the exterior of the hotel my heart did sink a bit, however internally it’s really lovely. We stayed on a room only basis so didn’t try the restaurant or bar. "

"The hotel is locked at the terminal 4 that is very convenient. All the staff at the check in also restaurant are very friendly and hard worker. The room is small, however it is comfortable enough."

"Had a brilliant stay. Hotel in perfect central area, within a very short walk of the tube station. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, close to shops. Our plug sockets stopped working shortly before we had to leave for an event, and the front desk sent an electrician to fix it within five minutes which meant we could still do our hair. Excellent service all round and will stay again!"

"Good location, great to see planes take off whilst eating in restaurant. Access to POD transfer made getting to terminal effortless. Great staff, all very courteous and helpful."

"Great position, easy parking, great room for an airport hotel. Quality bed, mattress, linens and towels. Has a definite cool vibe to it and had everything I needed from the bar to food service. Mini tesco and good Indian food within 5 minutes walk."

"Hotel is located in a central area very easy to get around London from, the rooms are very small not comfortable for more than a few days stay but OK for solo/couples, no other issues! "

"I stayed with friends at this hotel. It was clean, the staff were helpful and professional and bed was comfy. My room was very small, possibly used to be a cupboard, but it had most things I needed. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms which was not great. The price was good and I slept fairly well here. "
