Breakfast was the best!

A hidden gem! Property managers are superb and very friendly. Nice, clean and very affordable place for any business or otherwise traveler to Derbyshire.

Clean room, great location

This hotel is great, almost couldn't ask for anything more. Modern, clean, large room, the only hotel we found that was truly handicapped accessible friendly with a great bathroom. The lift is a bit tight, and the location--Nottingham-- is the middle of nowhere unfortunately.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. For a contactless stay, the owner was very communicative (the check-in video is very helpful) and he responded quickly. We arrived late, after an 8 hour drive, and then left early, so I can’t speak to anything beyond that it was a pleasant place to spend the night and the owner is great.

Great place to stay, quiet and clean, nice breakfast, very helpful and pleasant host.

The owner is warm, welcoming and delightful to talk with. She really made our stay. The rooms are fun - each with its own theme. Our room was comfortable and quiet, even though it faced the main road. The location is great - easy to walk or take a bus to all places of interest.

Really friendly and helpful staff- they made my stay a fab experience. The food was good, the room was clean,
