"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the staff were proud of “their” hotel. The only downside was the size of our first room. It was tiny. We had nowhere to put our luggage except on the floor in our way to the bathroom. It also had a window out to the corridor which was not acceptable. The noise of the comings and goings. Also the corridor light was on all night which the window blinds did not blockout. The people were lovely and it was as clean. Bed...

"Staff were lovely and would do anything to assist you. Location was amazing as it’s right in the centre of everything but I was a little surprised / disappointed by the tiny room sizes but being as it is located right in the centre of old town there isn’t a lot of space. "
