"Great overnight stay after a very late flight. Only 5 minute walk from the airport terminal. Checked in smoothly at 3am. The child's bed had not been made up, but housekeeping were quickly called and sorted, Breakfast was great. Already booked for our next holiday/flight in the summer."

"I would recommend staying at this hotel. The location is perfect for a trip to London. It is within walking distance to many attractions and close to several underground stations. The area also felt quiet and safe. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We found the staff to be helpful and attentive. The breakfast at the hotel is fantastic! "Stayed here with my daughter, while my husband was in nearby hospital, the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful and meals and service were great. It is set in lovely grounds. Would definitely recommend. "

"The rooms are small, look bigger in pictures! Some rooms had not good view but bigger bathroom and some with road view had teeny bathrooms with tiny sinks, really strange!! Free water and fruit was nice!"

"Your failure in not letting the hotel no about my booking so arrived to "sorry we dont have a room" went down like a lead ballon and your failure to help either showed lack of respect for your customers if it had not been for the amazing receptionist donna for making sure we had a room and then going to lengths to find us a room after it was fully booked from saturday we would have had no where to stay so hotel.com should be shamed not even any kind of reinbursment"

"Clean rooms good location but despite checkout at 11am we had 3 differentpeople knock on our room door at 8.30am, 9am and 10am asking when we were going as they needed to do maintenance. Almost like trying to get us out. Not great service. "

"The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Good location, just 10 minutes walk from train station; however, getting to the lobby was a little difficult, i had to go thru the mall to get there. By the way, the mall was right next yo the hotel."
