For the nine days we were on holiday bedding was not changed once bin was not emptied polite complaint was made at the time. Staff at check in counter and restaurant were exceptionally great helpful, polite and very courteous. Because of this and its central location would definitely go back."

"Pleasant stay with waterfront view. Walking distance to CN tower, aquarium, and restaurants. Lots of people walking and exercising on the waterfront so felt safe walking around. Nothing fancy in terms of amenities, but was clean and comfortable, and staff was nice and helpful. "

"Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My kid enjoyed the pool and front staff was quick to get more towels when the pool ones were gone. We all enjoyed the good variety at breakfast and everything was fresh and delicious and the staff was friendly and quick to refill areas and keep their sections cleaned. Quiet enough for being so close to the freeway. Easy to navigate around the area. We would stay again! "
