"Very clean, modern hotel which is very good value if you don't mind the absence of a wardrobe or the loudish, non-controllable aircon. The location is convenient and the price is low for Utrecht. It's right next to a station and a tram route and 5 minutes walk from the edge of the old town. The sound of the aircon bothered me but my wife didn't notice so I suppose it depends on your tolerance to background noise. It would have been nice to be able to turn it down or off but there are no controls...

"Absolute delight! The staff was the best in Holland and my room (without windows) was exceptionally well done! I thought it might be weird, but it was not at all. Quiet, clean, roomy, comfy bed, right on a canal, with winderful and interesting lighting including a ceiling portal that shone the sun in my room. I will definitely be back to this hotel! "

"Very nice & quiet area with a metro station only a short 5 minute walk which gets you to the centre within 20 minutes. Very easy to check in and check out without hassle and the room was very spacious and clean. Have zero complaints. "

Instead of a buffet with a good selection of dishes, the staff bring out a tray of their choice of offerings that were below the pevel of quality I associayte with most Dutch hotels. And only one kind of jam was available, which is genuinely disappointing."

The hotel is very conveniently located - it's within walking distance of quick food options, the train station, and grocery store options. "Was so impressed by this hotel. It is great in terms of facilities, with a 24/7 reception and baggage storage post-checkout, but the staff were absolutely fabulous and so helpful with just about everything. The hotel is not too far away from the bigger cities and is much cheaper, so definitely an option as long as you can drive (free parking is available). In short, a very comfortable stay and was happy with my two nights."

"The uniqueness of this hotel was the restaurant only had 1 choice of food for an evening meal! Apart from that, the hotel was gorgeous set in the woods, however it is a 10 minute drive into Zeist if you need a meal."
