"Our flight arrived late at night and after travelling for more than 24 hours it was fabulous to just walk across the road and be at your hotel. Check in was fast. I have stayed here many times in the past and felt the property was in need of a refurb, which it has had! The rooms are dark and quiet - exactly what was needed. We added on the breakfast and it did not disappoint! It is fabulous! Lots of great choices and omelettes made to order. The staff were all lovely. Always include breakfast...

"Our tea we order from the memu Friday was cold and not nice. The Lasagne was half frozen and not heated up properly. The fish fingers and chips was cold also. The meal didn't have a cover on it when we pick it up from the dining room. Not happy with it considering the price we paid for it... not cheap.."

"Accomodation was very good. Check in service and reception and concierge staff all lovely and friendly. Room service meal however was terrible. Basically inedible Bahn mi roll. Also although the restaurant was promoted as being open until 10pm, I couldn’t get a coffee at 9.30pm. Maybe advertised times need to be revised. "

"Check in a d check out was very straightforward and efficient. Breakfast was very nice. Transfer to the airport terminals was quick, free and easy. Overall, a great place to stay. "

"Front desk on arrival were a bit distracted and did not give us full attention. Gossiping among themselves . Key rooms were not programmed and had to come back. Was supposed to give us a 10 percent discount on restaurant but didn’t . Had to remind the girl at checkout, who was excellent and very helpful and accommodating. "

"Gteat hotel for my needs. TV in room only had free to air channels and you can't cast your mobile phone to it. Mantra really needs to spend some money and uograde the TVs"
