"An amazing place. We had the two bedrooms suite. It is spacious. The only downfall is one of the bedrooms is as soon as you open the door and everyone has to walk through the room to come and go from the room or to the living space. Our room overlooked the canal with the boats and was quiet but beautiful. The property has a lot to offer. We paid for a private dinner for Memorial Day and No One at our hotel knew where it was…. It was at the sister hotel. BIGGEST PROBLEM….NO ICE. All machines did not have any. WE HAD TO GO TO THE TIKI BAR TO GET ANY. We had an AMAZING WAITRESS IN THE ITALIAN RESTAURANT FOR BREAKFAST WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. I forgot her name but I think it was Brandy. She went and got me cappuccino from the Tiki hut for breakfast . "

"We absolutely loved this hotel. Everyone there was extremely nice. They offered shuttle service to take you within 3 miles. Evan was extremely helpful. If I come back to Tampa, I would definitely come back here. Only issue was there was only 1 elevator working, & it wasn't too bad (if you are not in a hurry). "

"Clean property with a lot of amenities. I would say my only complaint was the airport shuttle service. It’s not listed very well on their properties page. When you land you must call the property to inform them to pick you up. When I used this service I waited an hour for a ride because the normal shuttle was being serviced and they were using an unmarked minivan. Other than that the property and staff were great once I got there."
