To get a coffee with breakfast we had to ask 4 times (very politely) and it still took over an hour. Work with the staff on service would make this a 5 star. "

"I was not expecting how convenient, yet how quiet this hotel was. It’s a short walk to Jantar Mantar, the Metro, and great Indian shopping, yet set in a very quiet green neighborhood. Comfortable bed, hot shower, tasty breakfast."

But, when I checked in and was told about this, I told the very polite receptionist that I wasn’t happy about the pool being closed. He did call me a while later to say that he could arrange for the pool to be opened. I told him that it was not necessary as I was going out."
