Melanie, the mgr is very nice and friendly to provide me with direction for train office (trying to return to Stockholm for my passport) Thank you Isra ! You r the BEST ! "The Pier is in a good location if you like it quiet although getting to the city centre is just across the water. Check in and out was friendly and professional. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had an excellent and varied choice. Although it was very busy with AC/DC in town the staff coped well and still managed to make everything run smoothly. The only advice I would give is to book your car parking (if you require it) as soon as possible. "
