"Where can I begin...from start to finish excellent facilities, location and service. Friendly,knowledgeable, courteous staff. Went the extra mile helping us plan itineraries, guide us on where and how to go. Even printed out the tickets for our hop on hop off bus tour. I want to give a shout out to one person in particular, Ronald, you know who you are!. I think you epitomise all that is good about Best Western Plus. You deserve recognition for your lovely manner, friendly yet always professional. I am sure you will go far in your career. Normally I look for a new city break each time, but there is still a vast amount of Amsterdam's cultural pearls I have yet to discover. And I would recommend the Hoopddorf Best Western Plus for anyone who is visiting for a short break. It is the "Best" and Ronald and rest of stafd made it the "plus". Combine it with the pass you can purchase from the local transportation services for travel by all modes. See you again soon. 4 tired but very happy travellers from London."

The ‘living room’ concept for the lobby/reception is so smart, and gives lots of comfort, and I settle into this hotel much more than others I stay in. The staff are proactive, available and helpful. Highly recommended. I’ve returned there annually for a conference for three years in a row, as have multiple colleagues. "

"The front desk staff was great. They offered our room early to accommodate our arrival. They have no formal restaurant but offer pizza until 22:00. They offer beer, wine m, water, etc. which you can enjoy at tables provided in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and shower was terrific. Perfect for a layover. The inexpensive buffet breakfast is a great deal and was surprisingly fresh and delicious. The hotel shuttle was great and cheap when we headed back to the airport. We couldn’t find the shuttle at the airport after waiting an hour because it was unclear that the hotel shares a shuttle with the nearby Radisson hotel. We took a taxi for 35€ the short distance. "

"We only stayed for 2 nights, but would have stayed longer if we could. Staff were very friendly and we were able to checkin a little early with no issue. The room we had was great. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the whole setup. Everything was very intentional. Location was an easy walk to everything. Would gladly stay again."
