Our server David said he was going to comp our entrees due to the lengthy delay in getting our food but he disappeared before our check was presented and we were charged for our entrees after-all. We just paid without pointing out that David had said our entrees would be comp’ed since he had apparently left for the night and we didn’t want to escalate the issue in his absence. "Very pretty property and excellent walkable location to Old Town restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub in the massive glassed atrium is stunning and was very nice to soak in the hot tub after a long day of travel. The bed was very comfortable but the AC would not lower to a comfortable temp for us so we had trouble sleeping as result. Overall very nice place to stay. "

"Our family stayed here while visiting Quebec City. There was a remodeling in the lobby area, but hotel sent us an email prior to our arrival, so it wasn't a surprise. We didn't hear any remodeling noise, so it didn't bother us. Since their system was down at the time of our arrival, they asked us to wait for a couple of hours before they could give us a room. "One was was ready before check in!!👍The other room was ready about 40 min after check in. For the wait, Hôtel gave us free vouchers to use at the bar. Rooms were clean! We had an extra large room~enjoyed the space. Beds were 10/10 comfortable Hotel staff wasn’t super friendly. Concierge was friendly & helpful. We ate dinner one night at the hotel restuarant~good food, nice service. Would stay there again. A little bit of a walk to shopping area around the Fairmont and the river. "
