We had an issue with the air conditioner in the room and they rushed to change room immediately. If we come back, we will choose this place again. All personnel were amazing. Our kids were treated so well by anyone, specially Lizwe, who helped us has the perfect lunch. She was so kind! If you have disabilities, please note this hotel has some rooms like in the middle of two elevators, so there is a set of stairs you will need to take, so make sure you let the hotel you need a room at elevator level. They are very kind and will make their best to allocate the room."
