"Cool and comfortable hotel!"

"IT was clean, quiet (despite being at an airport), and comfortable. However, there was a used towel in the shower, along with some debris on the floor in the shower. We expected a completely pristine bathroom. As we only stayed one night, we did not complain about this."

"Jakarta is one of the best hotels I have visited recently. Reception at the front desk was very professional and impeccable. Naomi did a great service of taking my luggage upstairs and room was even ready before check in time. Food at the restaurant was good too. The rooms were clean and the location is perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Clean hotel, but needs updating."

"The hotel is a tad worn out and can use a refresh. We had a mild unpleasant smell in our room. We got used to it. Staff provide good service. Location is convenient"
