"Located conveniently near all of the most popular sites like Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. There are many cafes and great restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful going the extra mile to find us a taxi when there was a shortage so we could make our train on time. The room was clean and spacious having a great view of the walking street below. "

There was an elevator to the 3 rd floor but then our room was down a large set of stairs with no elevator options. So if you have a lot of luggage o would be aware of that. The wifi was also not very strong in that part of the hotel. Other than that, great stay, would stay again. "
