"The staff were really helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the room and the facilities, the pool etc. The welcome was good and the large cookie loved by the kids. Parking was easy and a good location easy to find"

"We had a wonderful 1 night stay, the perfect retreat. We arrived early, had a lovely walk through the gardens and past into a wooded area. Then we were able to use the leisure facilities until our room was ready. The room was clean with everything we needed. We had a deluxe king riom and the bed was huge and very comfortable. We booked for dinner in the evening and we couldn't have enjoyed the food more, it was delicious! Highly recommended the stone bass! We had back massages the following morning which was the perfect end to our stay. The service from start to finish was faultless, with every member of staff we met being polite and ready to help if needed. We shall definitely return."
