"My wife and I stayed at the British Colonial Hotel 35 years ago on our Honeymoon. We came back and wanted to stay there again. I booked through Hotels and we recieved a room facing the steet. I spoke to the manager (Virginia) i believe her name was, inquiring anout an ocean facing room. She had us switched that day. It really made our trip special, and brought back so many memories. Thank you to the whole staff who treated us so well."

"There were so many restaurants in the property. However, the reservations 2 weeks in advance were needed for some famous restaurants. We didn’t get to go to those ones (e.g., Fish, Nobu, etc.). Everything else was excellent!"

There ia great restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores close by. Our unit was clean and comfortable and the staff was very attentive. "I found the accommodations to be beautiful. The room we stayed in had a full kitchen and dining area, as well as, a living room. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. We enjoyed the live music on the property. The shuttle service made it easy to get around. "

We were only allowed to have the air conditioners running from a set time frame, which made the upstairs get hot quickly. You couldn’t leave phone or iPad chargers plugged in. "We celebrated our 30th anniversary for a long weekend and had an incredible time. The place was spacious and the views were once in a lifetime. Close to supermarkets and 2 resorts. We drove 5 minutes to the beach. I do recommend renting a car. We will be back soon. "
