"Cameron was a wonderful host. very attentive to our needs and provided above and beyond service and communication which we appreciated. Anticipated questions, and responded very quickly. Access to the pool at the Warwick was really the biggest benefit. Unexpected and one of our favorite parts of the vacation. The home itself we basically just slept in. We were a little disappointed at the beds and the sitting area. The couch only fit two people there was four of us and so it was hard to be comfortable in the evenings. Otherwise the space was OK for just sleeping. And nearby to everything in walking or quick taxi drive. "

"The room condition typically ok. There is a re-painting in progress on lobby so the room has a strong paint smell. Not recommended to book recently. In future may ok."

"Needs improvement in the appearance of the hotel. The flooring in the room wasn't nice as well as the carpeting in the hallways. The bathtub finishing was peeling off. Lastly and most importantly the heat needed to be on or turned up! the pools were way too cold to enjoy, my kids went in I would of liked to enjoy a swim with them but I couldn't because it was way to cold. "

"Do not advertise rhat an airport shuttle is available if there is no shuttle service provided. Roon 210 has a bed with a hole in it. This is very uncomfortable. There arw small roaches running about in the bathroom and even one was seen in the dining area where the juices are"
