"The staff were nice very welcoming, the property is beautiful very well maintained. the only thing that I wasn’t happy with was not being able to find a chair on the beach or pool area that was available and not broken, we got lucky 3 days out of 6 , we ended up going to another beach area and renting out some chairs , I’m not happy that there’s a resort fee being charged when this was a major problem not only for me but for other guest I wasn’t the only upset guest also want to mention the cruise ship people also making reservations to use the facilities and that’s makes it even a bigger problem. They really need to focus more on the guest before selling day passes they need to make guest a priority if they want people to leave satisfied. This was really frustrating and feel it’s unfair . There should be a resort fee !!! "

"We recently stayed at The Reef at Atlantis while I was travelling for work, and it worked well for both business and family. From a family perspective, it was a great choice. The kids absolutely loved the water park, and the aquarium is genuinely spectacular — there was always something to explore. They also really enjoyed the kids’ club, which gave them some independence and variety during the stay. My husband made the most of the casino, so there was truly something for everyone. The room itself was a highlight. Having a full kitchen gave us much-needed flexibility, especially when travelling with children, and made the stay far more comfortable and convenient. From a work standpoint, the location was very practical. It was easy to get to and from meetings, which made balancing work and family time much smoother. The main area for improvement would be the food. The options felt somewhat limited, and the overall quality could be better given the standard of the resort. Overall, it’s a very good option if you’re looking to combine work and family travel, with plenty to keep everyone entertained, but with some room to improve on dining."

"Staff super friendly, very clean and well kept. Good house keeping. Food at the bistro is good, and morning breakfast is worth it when booking package. Location is convenient for beaches, Arawak Cay, and other tourist attractions. Walking distance to many attractions such as queens staircase, distillery, fish fry. Last but certainly not least, complimentary rum punch everyday was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Anytime my wife & I come back to the Bahamas, we will book ONLY at this location. Mrs Simone is a super host. Went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, the ac worked perfectly. Those were the 2 biggest things on my list. The location??? We felt safe, the property is gated. Even the neighbors were friendly. We slept like babies. She offers options for rental cars. Took time out her day to spend time with us, show us around. Can’t thank her enough. Would love to call her the mother of Bahamas. I have nothing bad to say & coming from NJ, we can be hard to please. "
