"It wasn’t a good view of the ocean seeing that the hotel is across the street, the trees were visible. The hotel needs a make over. The chair in my room was so filthy that I couldn’t sit on it. So they switched my room and that chair was filthy as well. My tub was leaking water that ran to the door. Not what I expected for a Marriott brand. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member and I was very disappointed with this property. However the staff was outstanding, Crystal was very understanding of my complaints and was very pleasant. "

"The listed amenities were not available (pool bar was closed, no available shuttle to and from the airport, restaurant was the tables to eat the breakfast buffet at-which ran out of coffee every single day) and I had a cockroach running through my suitcase!"
