Good location with lot of access to nearby malls, eateries, restaurants but yet not overly crowded area. New modern hotel.

Room size very good! Located on an excellent location. One block from the famous walking shopping street. The staffs are excellent. The only thing need to improve is the hair dryer, air comes out way too strong. Definitely gave you a typhoon hairstyle.

Everything is good.

We had a wonderful stay at Elong Hotel in Shanghai. The hotel is nice, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is right across from the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. There are plenty of restaurants, food options, shopping malls, and attractions within walking distance. The location is perfect for tourists who want to experience the vibrant atmosphere of Shanghai. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and we would...

Clean room, comfy bedding and bed. Good breakfast. Great location for Yu Gardens and the Bund.

Great location. Near the yuan garden station and nice view of the bund

In the room we stayed, there is a large portion of mold on the wall. The hotel should fix this problem before letting us to stay at this room.

Always stay here when in Shanghai. Hotel is very cool decor, service excellent. View from executive suite panoramic of both sides of the Bung. Great breakfast. Room is very comfortable, terrific WiFi, great breakfast. Stayed here every year for the past 7, wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I would like to thank the staff for excellent service. We were not happy with the room we booked, due to the view, and they were happily upgrade the room for us with river and the bund view (well worth the 300Yuan/night btw). The room service was quick whenever we asked for anything, even request to clean room at all hours of the day. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet, the happy hour complimentary drinks, the lounge area (my wife’s favorite, which offer coffee tea and cookies 24/7), and...

This was my first time staying at the Andaz Hotel and will be back. The staff was very helpful from the moment I stepped on the property. Very clean and contemporary hotel. Room was awesome with very cool features... Electric drape and sun shades.. open and close by the push of a button. The bathroom had clear acrylic tube and sink with optional color themes! Very nice design and look. Everything was great about this hotel and I will be back.

I stayed in this property both in summer and fall and am very satisfied. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. They have a kitchen, a refrigerator and a washer/dryer. The washer/dryer was super helpful in summer when the weather was hot and humid day and night in Shanghai. The best part of this property is its location. It is just a couple of blocks away from Huihai Road, a shopping strip of Shanghai, and in walk distance from hotspots like Yu’s Garden,...

Great location. great breakfast

Not your large hotel chain but a unique small hotel with details and quality and one of the best breakfasts in Shanghai. Located steps from the Bund and Nanjing road. I'll come back again. Room 903 was incredible with a living room, bedroom and large bathroom.

Had a really good experience at Green Court... Would definitely stay again if and when I return to Shanghai. Quiet hotel with easy access to downtown Shanghai. Breakfast was really good.

Very new and clean property

Good location, excellent facilities, friendly staff (a simple smile after a log trip goes a long way).
