The carpet in public area is old and has smell. Room is ok but noise isolation is poor. Car park is small and £10 overnight. Staff is polite. Breakfast is good."

"Brilliant location, we use it to fly early flights from Birmingham airport. The car is in a safe locked carpark, so no need to unload. Rooms are huge and quiet and there are great places to eat locally if you aren't eating in the hotel."
