"This isn't the first time I've stayed at The Milner and as usual it was excellent the room was clean and beautiful views over York. I didn't eat at the hotel this time but never had any complaints before."

"The hotel was well-situated in the centre of York. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. There were a few small cobwebs around the base of some of the room furniture and the shower room had a stale smell on arrival, which could be associated with the shower not being used, or if the water in the shower trap is siphoned out by water flow from other showers."

"Really nice stay, we booked 2 rooms and they were adjoining which was good, hotel lobby and bar are very nice spaces to be and the breakfast whilst a little expensive was excellent with loads of choice and good quality food, would definitely stay here again."
