"Check in was smooth, without any issue. They followed strict protocol (3PM check in means 3PM check in even though there are empty room). Room was pretty small and we have 2 luggages (so only can open one at one time). No toothbrush or toothbrush so remember to bring. If not, have to buy at the lobby. Pillow was flat, so not very nice."

"If you want to visit this area this would be a perfect option. If you want to go north you have to take the matro for sure, however the station is so close. Same thing from and thw ICN airport, the metro become the best way in our option (family with a 5yo) "

"This is my second stay at Hotel Riviera. The rooms seem a bit dated but otherwise no complaints. Staff is amazing and speak English, check in took about 3 minutes. Location is great just outside Gangnam-dong tourists areas. It is about a 20 minute walk to COEX there are a few eateries nearby. Breakfast buffet is adequate and the coffee is decent. Pool is nice and the staff was extremely helpful. I will stay here again on my next visit to Seoul for sure."

"The stay at Shilla was a great experience. The location is very convenient with the COEX Starfield mall just opposite the hotel and the subway station right at doorstep. The room was clean and cosy. The receptionists are friendly and helpful during my stay. Will return next time! - Arthur King"
