"It was a fairly good hotel. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. The room was an accessible one (we have no disabilities) which meant it was not particularly comfortable for us. We also had booked 2 nights here on our own and had a third one through a tour company for the start of a month long driving holiday we booked through a third party. Communication was not great and we wound up with the room not serviced at all for our third night. Disappointing. "

"The property is fairly close to bus and tram transportation. It's 2 block walk to the main road that connects directly to Princes street. My main complaint is there is only once accessible outlet in the bedroom. There are outlets you can use in the kitchen which we did. No outlet other than for a shaver connection (not a standard outlet) in the bathroom. Had to use the one outlet available in the bedroom to use the hair dryer (or use the kitchen outlet). "Our stay was just one night. The hotel is large, with a huge reception area, a bit like a shopping mall. The staff were pleasant, but seemed worn out, perhaps because it was late at night. A single coffee machine was insufficient to cope with breakfast diners "

"Property could have been built a little more sympathetic to the style that you were going for, the brickwork looks more like a tower block of flats and the facilities are a little dated eg tiles missing from pool which were blue just replaced with filler and many of the doors in bathrooms have blown at the bottom "
