"After our flight got canceled, last weekend and everything else was booked out including the BEST WESTERN PLUS the two front of house guys went out of there way to find us a room , lucky for us there was a late cancellation and they gave the room to us, They definitely got out us of pickle "

"The property photo is misleading and what you see in the photo is a facade hiding an uninteresting 3 storey motel-like brick building. The room is basic however it is immaculately clean with a good shower and comfortable bed. Great view from the windows of the room I stayed in. I was on the top floor and stairs are the only means of access. No lift. Overall, I would stay here again."

Car parking is a little bit squeezy for large cars but not overly problematic. No restaurant on premises but plenty of options in the CBD a short walk away. Added bonus not mentioned on the web site: the aquatic centre just over the road is great those who like keeping fit. Would stay again."

"A very comfortable villa. You will need a car though as it is a 10 minute drive from the city. "

"I had a nice view from my window over a park and some parts of town. It was within walking distance of the main part of town and other tourist areas. I went for breakfast around 8.30 and found that there were not a lot of choices for the continental breakfast. I also had to ask for a bowl and spoon, few cups left and food not replenished."

"Very impressed with the staff at this property, especially the guy in reception, so friendly and helpful, this was our second stay and they had stored our bags while we were on the Overland Track for a week, delighted on return that our bags had been put in the room ready for us. We had a one bedroom apartment, very spacious, with a full kitchen and laundry.
