Breakfast in Masons Bar next door was very nice and the staff in there top notch. In quite a loud vibrant area but we didnt hear any noise in our room Only downside was the price but this was due to Taylor Swift concert so everywhere in Liverpool was at least doubled "

"Staying here was a wonderful experience. It has only just open a year ago. Was given what probably is one of the best rooms in the place- on the upper corner of the building. Ceilings look to be 16' high. Despite being on a fairly busy road, I barely heard a thing. Slept 10 hour nights, then treated to a free breakfast where the entire menu is FREE for guests included with the price. And this was fancy food that I personally wouldn't normally have for breakfast. Apart from this is an open buffet...

"Most dining and shopping area were walkable. It also seemed to be a very safe area."

"Clean enough but a bit tatty for the price tag. Shower tray had a massive crack and shower grout could have done with a bleach (or an eco equivalent). Sofa bed was not comfortable but I suppose I signed up for that part. The toilet being separate was also inconvenient as there isn’t wash facilities in that space. The bathroom was next to it, but still a bit odd. "

"Beautiful hotel We stayed in one of the suites with a balcony which was fabulous. Very comfortable bed, TV in both the bedroom and sitting area, everything of top quality and luxurious Breakfast excellent with hot dishes cooked to order. The staff are friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend!"

"Quest was a great hotel! The room was clean and it was a quick walk to tourist attractions. We were there for Taylor Swift and fortunately the stadium shuttle bus was a quick walk away. "
