"A little disappointed with our stay, the staff were lovely we went to the lakeside grill after booking a table, for a buffet it was expensive and the food was subpar and not as advertised on the video signs. As the weather wasn’t favourable we decided to leave early and didn’t even stay for breakfast. There is a lot of potential for improvement it needs reinvestment and an update it’s in a wonderful place but needs to match that with amenities."
"If you’re traveling to Hakone, this hotel offers a private in-room hot spring. I would highly recommend it to anybody who’s looking to relax. The room is large and spacious, and so is the bath and shower. It was truly a relaxing few days that I spent in Hakone."
"The river it is next to has a check-dam right infront of the river side rooms, making the balconies very loud. If you pay extra for the in room onsen, then it is not as tranquil as you might expect. Otherwise the hotel is very nice. Also If you have a child and want to use the pull out bed, they will charge an extra use fee on top of the room charge which is not insignificant. Overall having booked the larger room that sleeps 3 with the private onsen, we did not exactly get the experience we...
"Amazing staff, rooms and experience! 10/10 I highly recommend this place to anyone especially car racing enthusiasts. This place was a memorable experience that I’m glad my family and I got to enjoy!"
"Overall, our experience was good. Our first night was wonderful- we were met with friendly staff and the dinner experience was wonderful. The food was good and each portion of the meal was explained and were presented in a beautiful manner. Although the second night’s dinner was not like the first night - we discussed it with the hotel management team and feel they are going to make every effort to ensure other guests will have a memorable experience throughout their stay. Disappointed that we...
"Amazing, modern hotel within walking distance of Gotemba Premium Outlets! Plus, you can enjoy incredible views of Mt. Fuji if you’re lucky enough to catch a clear day."
"Had a great stay at nol Hakone Myoujindai. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the food at the restaurant (half board selected) was outstanding."
"The room is lovely and it’s very nice with the fact that it has a fireplace.
Everything is clean and very maintained.
The breakfast was superb and so was dinner."
