"제가 지냈던 기간동안 낮 시간에 온수가 안나온다고 했던 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 덕분에 executive lounge를 사용하게 해주셔서 지내는 기간동안 잘 사용하였습니다. 조식포함 7박 8일 자내는 동안 조식을 잘 이용하였는데 메뉴가 단 한번도 바뀌지 않아서 질려서 못먹었던 날이 있었습니다. 신라스테이 서초에서 가장 좋았던 것은 주변지역 교통과 쇼핑 먹거리가 편하다는 점이었습니다. "
