"The hotel is impressive, both inside and out. We stayed in a double room and it was spacious, spotlessly clean and the walk in shower was lovely. The only downside was our poor experience at check-in. The young man at reception wasn’t very welcoming & didn’t tell us that we needed our room key to use the lift (so we thought we were stuck!) Overall though, we’d definitely stay again for the great location and room comfort."

"Definitely hip and lively. Beds were ROCK hard and I didn’t sleep at all the first night. Amazing little area of London. An incredible street market with every kind of food was within a few blocks."

"I enjoyed my stay but I found the bed too soft and struggled to get a good night's sleep. Also, as a vegetarian, I found the breakfast disappointing. The only options were hash browns, baked beans and cooked tomatoes. A veggie sausage or a fried egg would have been appreciated. However, my overall experience was good. The hotel was immaculate, my room was amazing (especially the shower) and I would recommend it to friends and family. "

"Visited to attend an event at the London stadium, location and room was excellent. However one fly in the ointment - we ordered a drink from the bar in our 1st evening (a Margarita) which despite costing £12 came in a glass the size of an egg cup and was as weak as could be. When we mentioned we weren’t happy to the waitress she simply laughed in our face. We did press that we were being serious and she promised to speak to the manager but never got back to us- we have no idea if she bothered to...

"Disappointed we had an interconnected room as neighbours were noisy"

"Overall the property was good. One day they forgot to clean our room which was a bit inconvenient. Staff usually very friendly but I did have one person at the front desk that didn’t want to assist too much. The rest were great. A bit of a walk to the bus stop and Uber seemed to take a long time to get there all the time. Room was comfortable and clean"
