"Great friendly staff,always helpful. Breakfast scrambled eggs only luke warm each day. Not all staff told new guests about the discounts at restaurants owned by hotel. Tea/milk/sugar in room wasn't replenished when the room was cleaned. Shower mat not provided in bathroom, after showering, there was nothing to dry the floor."

Centrally located and convenient to shops, dining, bars, fjord boat tour, hiking and other activities. Nicolas at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful when it came to answering all of our questions about the area. Would definitely stay here again."
