"Best located hotel in Darlington- in town centre. Friendly staff. Well kept hotel but needs an update, but great value for money as is. Has food and bar options. Parking limited on 1st come 1st served basis, so only got parking 1 of my 2 nights. No free parking in Darlington centre on any day. Still best place to stay in town."

"A nice place to stay. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from for all tastes. On the second morning the staff were a bit slow asking us if we wanted tea, coffee or toast and as a result our cooked food was half eaten before it arrived. Apart from that, a pleasant stay. "
