It was quiet and peaceful, the staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfasts were wonderful. Just one small recommendation: replace the toilet seat (it was not attached on one side)! Nevertheless, we would stay here again. "

"Really enjoyed the stay. We found the room clean, comfortable and well furnished. Our shower was great, the towels clean and fluffy. Grassington is a great place to visit. It is room only and having to go out for breakfast delayed the start to our walks a little. But we knew it was room only when we booked, so I'm not complaining, just making people aware."

"The radiator in the room didn't work. I went to see the staff, and the boiler wasn't switched on, which is very strange for January !!. The boiler was on but the radiator didn't work on either day of my visit. 2 heaters were provided, but the person in charge wasn't aware of the issue with the boiler/radiator, which was poor in my view."

"Evening restaurant and bar was really good with tasty food and beer. The room was nice and big. The TV had internet so we were able to watch catchup TV. The bathroom was big with a large bath. There were 2 sinks but one of them had a crack in it so we didn't use it. The bed was comfy and the room was nice and quiet. Breakfast had a good selection of cereal, tea, coffee and juice and the full english was great."
