"The apartment was spotless, the view from the room was beautiful. The pub interior was like it was straight from medieval times. Lovely little village location. Had a fab time, would definitely stay again"

"The cottage was traditional and quaint. The views from the windows were outstanding. The rooms were large and comfy. The only faults were the towels and bedding could do with renewing, and the on site parking is via an extremely tight access. Definitely would recommend to large groups as a great base for exploring the dales."

"We love Lilac Cottage, been here about 5 times and never fails to disappoint. Nothing immediate in the way of a shop in Sedbusk but that suits us as we like to walk into Hawes or to the Green Dragon for a pint at Hardraw. Sedbusk is just such a beautiful peaceful hamlet. The cottage is very old but homely, but has everything you need but don't expect a palace. Biggest compliment it that we keep returning."

Great location and walks on your door step.Only negative would be all the cupboards were full so nowhere to put your shopping/food unless you moved things to make space, and would benefit from some new chopping knives. Specs of rust and blunt.Would recommend and would stay again."
