I found that the reception staff were efficient, however not very warm and inviting (very serious, no smiles) We had 11:00 am checkout, we came back from breakfast at 10:45 am to find housekeeping staff already in the room cleaning... we needed to quickly finalise our packing and leave the room... even though close to check out time, one would think that staff should wait until the actual chek out time...

"I stayed at the apartments for two nights, its location was great, they offer under ground parking at a fee of $10 per night which is still cheap. The apartment was spacious, good size kitchen and lounge which has a large size TV. Bed was super comfy. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom as it had the shower over the bath and it was pretty compact, probably harder for older people to use but they do have the rails to help with getting in and out which is good.
