"I checked in, and only after that the staff informed me that there would be no water supply from 9 AM to 2 PM the next day due to maintenance. This information should have been shared by email before my booking date so I could decide properly. I had a flight the next day, and without water it was very difficult to manage basic things like brushing and taking a shower. This was very inconvenient and disappointing. Poor communication and bad customer service.”"

"2nd time staying here. And it's a nice hotel with a beautiful golf course. In a nice area with a few nice restaurants a close drive away. Restaurant was under renovation so we never got to try it. They where serving food in main lobby but we never tried it. Pool etc is definitely in nead of a tidy up steam room wasn't working and it just as an old feel to it. Staff where nice. Only downside I have to it is that it felt like the room where being used for social living as well as hotel guest. A lot of people only using the bottom door entrance to get in which was always unlocked. Strong smell of weed in corridors etc. I'm not sure what the set up is in hotel regarding the rooms with social living etc. but you could tell it wasn't people on a weekend trip. We still enjoyed or stay but I'm more reluctant to go back "
