"Everything was great, except check in. The line was very long and not enough people working behind the desk to get people checked in. Also, the property restaurants and surrounding area food, etc. is very expensive to what we are used to paying (attended the Morgan Wallen concert in Chicago on 6/20 and came from WI.). Parking is on site, which was great. Hotel was clean with very helpful staff. Our room was quiet, but not a very great view. I am sure the lake view is beautiful from some of the other rooms. Overall, I would give this place a 4.5 rating."
