"Worst hotel I have ever been to. Tried to check in at 1pm, but they let the people before us stay past 2pm. I had 6 people on my reservation, the booking said it slept 6 people. It didn’t. It slept 4. I had to ask for a roll away bed, which only sleeps 1. We were already down a bed. Extra linens were requested and never gave. I had to check in at 12am, and when I got into the room, the ceiling was falling in and water was running from the ceiling in multiple spots. The lady at the desk was going to do nothing about it and make us leave because we couldn’t stay. I said I needed a room, she gave me keys to a room that was apparently closed for maintenance, and the room keys didn’t work. I went back down, she gave me new keys, and the keys still didn’t work. Then as I’m going back down again, someone comes out of the room she was trying to give us to move into. Worst experience ever. Staff was rude, lazy, and completely unhelpful. Ended up having to drive all the way to northern Michigan through the night because we had nowhere to stay. This hotel should not be allowed to operate. "

"Other than the pool being unavailable, we had a positive experience. The staff was very communicative and catered to our needs. We would stay here again!"

"Breakfast was good would like to see more Greek yogurt. Such as Fage plain yogurt, however I did enjoy the Chobani Greek yogurt blueberry."

"Keep in mind this is a budget hotel. You're not staying at a 5 star. That being said, the hotel its sell was fine. The surrounding area was quiet enough. The room was also basic. There is a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bed was not my favorite. you can feel the springs and roughness. I did not have the best sleep. The next morning I noticed a whole bunch of things I wish I noticed when I checked in...or even didn't notice. There was "something" dried and dripping from the wall. I have no clue what it is, but it made me gag. The window outside pane was cracked and broken, which looks like from a rock being through. The curtains torn and the room could use a DEEP cleaning. I would say that the only thing unacceptable was the body fluid dried and dripping on the wall. Other than that, you get what you pay for."

"Overall the place was very nice. The breakfast we paid for in advance didn't start until 7:30a, which is odd for a hotel so close to the airport. The coffee shop & restaurant both opened later than 7:30 as well...we left at 7:40 and that wasn't enough time to grab breakfast or coffee. We did appreciate the on-brand dove soap throughout!"

"This is the 5th year I have stayed here for a local event. There were a couple hiccups this year, but nothing major. Loud people is hallways late at night, tv remote not working, and some confusion over housekeeping. But matters were addressed and taken care of quickly and I will be back next year! I feel safe and secure at the hotel and am always treated with respect and friendliness. Thank you to everyone and see you next year!"
