"The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, but the hotel was great! The staff were so kind. The pool was being renovated, but the staff were able to give us access to a pool at another hotel that was 10 minutes away. The hotel room was very clean. The shower had some marks, like maybe paint was scratched off or something, but that did not bother me. The breakfast in the morning was great too! "

It even had three sinks, which was great for our girl's trip-- we were able to spread all of our makeup and skincare without getting in eachother's way! The beds were super comfy, the breakfast buffet was big and had so many options, and evening snacks with 2 complimentary drinks was incredible."

"I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing. I love the omelettes fresh every morning. The only thing that really upset me is that my shower wouldn’t drain the night I got in. There was no staff on duty to fix it so I wasn’t able to shower until the next day when someone was able to come fix it which was very irritating. "

"I keep coming back to this hotel because of the location, but honestly it is a disappointment every time. The rooms are dated, the carpets are old and worn, and the elevators are slow. The door to my room was broken, so every time I wanted to leave for food or go to gym, I had to go downstairs, alert the staff, go back up, and wait for security to come and let me in. The process took as much as a half hour every time I wanted to get back in. I stopped leaving my room because of it. I have a Hilton Honors, but it didn't stop me from being charged for Internet. If you are flying in and out of ORD, this is a convenient hotel, but for the money there are so many better options. "
