"I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, check in was easy. The hotel was very nice, the room was clean, and well kept. It was also a very good price point for on a weekend. My significant other and I stayed here for a concert in Chicago and really enjoyed the area as well. It’s just far enough to be out of the city but close enough that it’s a quick 30 minutes over to downtown. Overall no complaints and would highly reccomend to anyone considering it."

"Shuttle service from the airport to this hotel! You have to call and make reservations! Does not say that on their website! Very disappointed and had to get a very expensive Uber ride to the hotel! This was after long day of cancellations for flights and arrived at airport at 9:15pm. Was looking forward to getting on the “ free shuttle “ to this hotel and going to bed! Need to be clear on their website on “ shuttle!"

"The front desk staff did not request identification—only my last name—before issuing a room key, which raised concerns regarding guest security. The room itself felt quite dated and is clearly in need of refurbishment. Additionally, both the sink and shower drained poorly, resulting in standing water after each use. While the carpet initially appeared clean, that impression quickly changed when I dropped an earring and had to search for it. In doing so, I found crumbs and debris on both sides of the bed, suggesting the room had not been thoroughly cleaned following the previous guest."

"Staff was wonderful but the property very run down & noisy renovations in progress. There was no mention of renovation work on booking website or hotel website . Very large 7 story property with lower level conference & event center with only 3 elevators to accommodate all guest & each was limit 5 passengers . We stayed 8 days & on most days there was an elevator out of service. A couple of days 2 elevators out of service & we ended up taking stairs from 6th floor, stairs didn’t even route us to lobby. One day there was no hot water due to boiler breaking down & no communication about the situation to the hotel guests. All unacceptable."
