Hotel decor looks well kept, not old, but colours are drab & lacking warmth & giving it an old fashioned feel, everything in the corridors & the room was brown. "Stay was ok the apartment needs some attention carpet was stained, the walls had marks and dents in the kitchen area, the shower door requires some adjustment. The dining table was also in need of replacement. Apartment otherwise was comfortable enough and in a handy position to the city, restaurants close by were great would be an ideal location to stay and go to watch the Townsville Cowboys play a match easy walking distance."

"Lovely outlook over the Ross River. Near main road with some traffic noise. Security is good. Rooms only serviced once per week so you need to ask at reception for additional servicing at no additional cost. "

"Property’s 4 star rating was fair. Somewhat dated but clean and with all I needed for an overnight stay. Somewhat noisy large group towards front of building but I had a room facing the other way and slept well: a consequence of no staff on site overnight? I missed reception butit was easy to pick up key and reach my room, with friendly emails from the property. "
