"We had difficulty when we first arrived. We were very early but had requested an early check in. No rooms were available until noon and then we had to pay 59 euros to get a room at noon or sit in the lobby for another 3 hours."

Tourist areas are quite close by for those that want that, but it is just on the outer edge of the main tourist area, which appeals to us. A 15 minute tram ride to the city center and the train station, so a very easy commute to explore downtown as well."

"We enjoyed everything about our stay but two things. Accomodations were excellent, however on the day of departure housekeeping opened our door at 0900 and knocked again at 1045 even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Additionally we never got our rebate as we declined room service one day. Minor problems but hoping it will impact someone else's stay "

"Nice area outside with geese and water. Good breakfast, but a bit pricey. Friendly staff. A/C wasn’t very cool in our room, and due to hayfever, we couldn’t open the window for cooler air. Decent room."

"The room was modern, spacious and clean. We loved the hard bed and pillows. One thing we didn't like was the occasional sewage smell that came from the toilet, it was quite strong at times so rather unpleasant. "

"The hotel has newly refurbished plodding and bar now I hope that the rooms will follow. Whilst the rooms are looking dated and worn. The hotel staff keep them clean and in the best condition possible given their age. The beds are large and comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and have an amazing amount of hot water. "
