"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Paseo! The property has a beautiful, modern boutique atmosphere and is conveniently located near great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The hotel feels upscale while still being relaxing and welcoming. The overall atmosphere made it a great place for a weekend getaway. We really enjoyed the location and the convenience of having so much within walking distance. Definitely a hotel worth considering when visiting Palm Desert, and we would love to return!"

I read the reviews of others that have stayed at Agua Caliente and I thought maybe they were exaggerating a bit. Not at all! The place was nice, and clean. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect! Everything was clean and modern. The Hotel staff and Casino staff were a perfect 10/10. PS. If you go to the Water Cafe get the grilled cheese sandwich. It’s a life changer.

Excellent, helpful staff and absolutely beautiful place BUT breakfast very disappointing. How lovely it would be to have things set out and you to chose instead of being given a bowl of cereal like a school meal and very tightly controlled in why you can have. Coffee was stewed and cold too. We left Sparrows and basically stopped for breakfast in Palm Springs which meant we were then running late. This really lets the place down. The website doesn’t even do this property justice! What an experience. We felt like we were transported into an alternate reality and team with lemon and grapefruit trees ripe right outside my door, the most charming room with a quaint kitchen and outdoor shower… the people who work there couldn’t have been more accommodating and fun. Safety is a priority there - my fiance showed up unexpectedly and flew in to surprise me and they did their due diligence to make sure he was vetted and walked...

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay for the amount we paid. The room was large but was suppose to sleep 5. It had a small bed in a gigantic room for my husband and myself and a pull out sofa bed for our three teenage children. Not sure how that amounts to “sleeps five.” There was also no water and we had to ask for a microwave. The staff was very friendly but we didn’t feel the cost was worth the stay.
