"Superb staff extremely helpful before I arrived, nothing was to much trouble. Hotel is immaculate all rooms have seaviews over Adriactic sea, 10 min bus ride from town centre bus tickets available from hotel and a mere 200mtr walk to bus stop. Restaurant food was superb and reasonably priced. Please note there are no irons in hotel but do offer a off site laundry and ironing service. "

"Really great hotel, although in a very random location, but convenient if you have a car. Out check in staff was efficient and friendly :) Room bathroom/shower was really spacious, very clean, and bed was comfortable! Breakfast spread was amazing too! Will stay here again when back visiting fam! "

They refused a simple request to prepare a simple salad with ham, cheese and bread which I could give to my friend when she arrived later that evening (note - they have their own restaurant in the hotel so this was such a simple request, it’s unbelievable they refused) I was shocked and in disbelief the manager decided to call the police because I wanted to leave I was so disgusted and was willing...
