" I stayed at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Addis Ababa twice in the past six months for business trips, and both stays were excellent. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming — special thanks to Samri and Kidist for their outstanding service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. The food, both at the restaurant and through room service, were delicious and fairly priced. A special thanks as well to Yerusalem for her fast and friendly service. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays."
