"There’s a lady that works at the front desk. He’s passive aggressive, nitpicky, and works hard to make sure customers don’t feel comfortable or safe. I would recommend that the company disregard her contract and make sure that she does not work ever again in the hospitality industry, she has caused me to go through great lens to make sure no one feels disrespected and that same way again."

"Our stay at Babylon Hotel was really nice. The hotel is modern and clean and felt really comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk to some of the main sights in the city. You can rent bikes for 10 euros for the day which was quite fun for exploring the area."

"Be aware that it is next to a casino and the parking could be pretty crowded on Fridays and Saturdays. The bed mattress is overly soft, softest I have seen in fact, I prefer much firmer but this is personal taste I guess. The breakfast is paid, but really good both selection and value-wise. Overall, it is a good value, clean room with little annoyances."

"Very friendly staff especially the food service staff. On the last night there we experienced a faulty toilet. When I notified the staff, she suggested we would have to wait until the next morning to get staff to fix it. No toilet overnight???? She eventually put us in another room. "

"Amazing hotel, right beside Rotterdam Cruise port! Nice sized modern room.. we had a view of river. Great breakfast on 7th floor with outdoor patio where you can smoke too. Some good eating establishments within 5 min walk. Local transit close by."

"We loved the old feel of the lobby and lift. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Convenient location. Not fans of the open shower. It was hard not to flood the entire floor. More shelving or places to put things in the bathroom would be great. But, we would stay here again. "

"The hotel has newly refurbished plodding and bar now I hope that the rooms will follow. Whilst the rooms are looking dated and worn. The hotel staff keep them clean and in the best condition possible given their age. The beds are large and comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and have an amazing amount of hot water. "

"The stay was comfortable but i would say no better than a travel lodge in the UK. I am extremely dissapointed about the hidden charges bill that I was thrown at when I went to check in I feel I should have been informed that even though I had selected the breakfast option while booking I was not paying for it at that time and will have to pay at check in. this is a flaw in hotels.com to trap customers with cheaper upfront payment. "

"Hard for handicap people to get into the building. The staff are great especially the operations manager. He had helped me bring my wife and luggage in as she is handicapped. He went himself the extra mile and I really appreciate it. The layout of our room was fantastic. The room had lots of chairs and a big couch to sit on. "

"Den Haag is a beautiful city and the hotel is in a convenient location. The room was nice and the staff were the very best. Highly recommend adding the breakfast buffet - it is fresh and has many options."
